How to Download Tokimeki Restaurant in iOS or Android

Tokimeki Restaurant is in Japanese's app store. You need to be in Japan region.

To do that, you can follow this guide.

Since I don't use iPhone anymore, I can't check or help if there is anything wrong the process.

There is two way to download in Android.

(1) Download directly from Playstore. You can follow my guide here
Note: During download, my VPN got cut off but it is still downloading. I don't know if this apply the same to everyone. If it don't, then you have to either resume or stay connect through the whole thing

(2) Download APK and install
You simply search in Google or use APK downloader.

Setting Up

After install, just open the app. You will be direct to front like above. All you need to do is tap 'Game Start'

There will be a dialogue box. It rough translation mean, 'Do you have a Plus Pass?'.
A Plus Pass is like an ID. You can only register Plus Pass inside the game. Plus Pass is useful when you change or reinstall Tokimeki. You will not lose data.

The first option mean you don't have a Plus Pass, while the second option mean you have Plus Pass.

(Unfortunately I didn't take screenshot the first time I play. If anyone want to contribute screenshot, it will be a great help.)

If you choose the first option.. (I don't have a Plus Pass)
(1) You will be direct to another window. You will be ask to fill your information. Accordingly; Name, month and day of the birthday you want. [Note 2: Name is not permanent, you can change it later!]
(2) Tap on the button below and it will ask if all the information you input is correct.
(3) Tap the first box if you have input correctly. Tap the second box if you want to change.
(4) You will be direct to Kiwi App. But we do not have account on it. We also don't need to register it. You just need to tap on the box to continue to the game.

If you choose the second option.. (I have a Plus Pass)
You will be direct to another window and asked to input your Plus Pass ID. After confirming, you will be ask to input the 'password' or 'pin' you have set.

There will be more than 400+ files and about 180mb+ (Possibly more). This is because Tokiresu updated every Tuesday, with new recipe, new decoration/furniture, new talk, new voicing, new CG, etc.

You don't need to download everything in one go. (This is important especially for slow internet connection user!). You can download it bits by bits. For example, if there is total 400 files, you can download 50 files first, then continue download 350 files left tomorrow.

After download, you will get into the game and there will be mini-tutorial!

Your energy will be replenish every 10 minutes (= 10 energy). You can use potion to recover your energy, or every time you level up, your energy will be full back.

What is the meaning of :| emotion icon?

You will notice this two icon:

But we will discuss what the emotion (the left) means.

It means reputation. It show how popular your restaurant is. There is 5 level of reputation.

Really Bad: >(|
Bad: =(
Normal: =|
Good: =)
Really God: =D

The higher reputation you have, the more/often customer come to your shop.

We start with Normal =|. If you ever gotten Bad/Really Bad reputation, you just need to reset exit the app and reenter and it will be back to Normal.

In my opinion, it isn't hard to raise reputation, so it is ok if it drop.

Sometimes there is idol's face showing up in emotion/reputation icon. What does that mean?

It means that, that idol is coming to your restaurant soon, or is already in your restaurant.

It means there will be event; Either only dialogues or with CG, we never know! To view the event, you simply tap on the heart.

If you have collect 5 of them, you can do a skinship!

A present icon showed up above customer's head, what does it mean?

It mean, PRESENT! The present is either fever mode (the star circling on icon) or energy (number is random!)

What is the stars circling on my icon?

If you have played a bit longer, you will encounter this moment. When customer seemed to rush into your restaurant and you did not have enough chair, where there is star circling on icon. It means fever mode.

Benefit of fever mode:
(1) There will be a lot of customer that will rush into your restaurant
(2) The energy to make a recipe become HALF! If the original energy is 20, it will become only 10 in fever mode

But, something to be note:
(1) Fever mode last only 5 customer.
(2) Fever mode after skinship last only 3 customer.

We usually can cook 2-5 food during that time, but there is a way to longer it! In fact, you can cook more than 20 recipe, depending on your energy. Please refer to Tip and Trick section in master post.
